How we work
What you approved is what gets installed.
When the same people who detailed your piece also cut it and installed it, nothing gets misinterpreted. Your design intent never leaves one studio — so what gets approved is what gets built.
From the first conversation to the day we fix the piece on site, one team holds the full picture.
Design and detailing in-house
We develop every piece from your brief to a signed-off shop drawing — by a team with engineering and product design degrees behind them: Rob (BEng Hons, Performance Car Technology), Gavin (BSc, Product Design & Innovation) and Oliver (BEng Mechanical Engineering, IMechE-accredited). Buildability is resolved before it reaches the floor, not renegotiated on site.
6kW fibre laser, 4 × 2m bed
±0.1mm on every cut, in mild steel, stainless, aluminium and brass. Parts fit first time — not after site remediation.
Fabrication and install by the same hands that cut it
No handoffs. No lost detail. No tolerance stack-up inherited from someone else's work.
One team, one accountability
Design, fabrication and install sit inside a single studio. When something needs resolving on site, it gets resolved — not disputed between three separate businesses.
Project management from day one
Every job is scheduled to fit your own construction programme, with fabrication, surface treatment and delivery milestones set before we cut anything — so you get a programme, not a promise.
Full transparency with your QS
Payment claims are issued in line with the Construction Contracts Act, and on Time & Materials work every cost build-up and time entry is fully visible — so your QS can pass it straight on to the client with confidence.
Priced once it's actually resolved
Where possible, we draw the piece before we quote it, so the number you're given reflects what's being built — not a placeholder that turns into variations once fabrication starts.
One point of contact
From the first conversation to the final snag. One person who knows the whole project, not a rotating cast.
